Engagement
Davion is consultative B2B infrastructure. There is no sign-up form, no free tier, no self-serve API. Every deployment starts with a briefing and a scoped pilot. This page explains the engagement model so procurement and technical evaluators know what to expect at each phase.
Briefing
Section titled “Briefing”A 60-minute technical session with engineering. Scoped to the institution’s data architecture and one decision class — fraud, sanctions, case management, sensor fusion, whatever the operational problem actually is. The briefing covers:
- Where AlpOS fits in the institution’s existing stack
- Which of the four deployment postures is the realistic target
- What a pilot would look like
- Honest answers about what ships today versus what is roadmap
Briefings are invite-only. The intake form on davion.com.tr/contact routes to the engagement desk; first-pass triage happens within one business day.
A scoped, time-boxed deployment against one decision class and one deployment posture. The objective is operational, not exploratory: the platform proposes recommendations against real data inside the institution’s perimeter, and the operator team approves or rejects through the governance layer. The deliverable is a measurable signal — does the platform make the operator’s decisions faster and more defensible?
Pilot scope, success criteria, and exit conditions are agreed in writing before any installation. Most pilots run four to twelve weeks. The pilot environment is configured to the production posture from day one; we do not run “demo posture” engagements that quietly skip the residency or governance controls.
RFI / RFP material
Section titled “RFI / RFP material”Davion ships standard procurement artifacts:
- Architecture document, posture-specific
- Residency and jurisdiction statement
- Customer-managed key procedure
- Signed-update verification procedure
- Audit-log specification (what is logged, what is signed, retention)
- SBOM and dependency manifest
- Pen-test summary on the most recent shipping image
- Insurance and liability statement
- Reference customer list, available under NDA
If your procurement template asks for an artifact not on this list, the engagement desk supplies it or says explicitly that we cannot.
Reference customers
Section titled “Reference customers”References are available under NDA, post-briefing. Davion is early-stage; the reference set is small and grows as deployments mature. We do not pad the list with logos that have not deployed.
Pricing model
Section titled “Pricing model”Pricing is set per engagement against scope and posture. There is no public price list. The variables are deployment posture, capability scope, data volume, operator headcount supported, and support tier. Pricing is shared in the briefing or shortly after.
How to start
Section titled “How to start”Mail briefings@davion.com or use the contact intake at davion.com.tr/contact. Include the institution, the decision class, and the deployment posture you have in mind. The engagement desk routes to the right team within one business day.
